- The Lenz Tennis Center consists of 4 tennis courts and a pavilion (a covered viewing platform) located on the north side of Woodlands Way (North Courts), plus an additional 6 tennis courts with small spectator stands located on the south side of Woodlands Way (South Courts).
- There is 1 stairway within the tennis pavilion.
- The tennis pavilion is on 2 levels, which are not differentiated by name.
Access To (North Courts)
- The Lenz Tennis Center North Courts are located in the southwestern portion of the campus, on the north side of Woodlands Way and adjacent to Yeh College.
- The most accessible route has ramps/slopes and steps.
- The lower level of the tennis pavilion is accessed via slopes. The slope leading up from Woodland Way has a gradient of 7%. The rest have a gradient under 5%..
The tennis courts themselves then have stepped access from the lower level of the tennis pavilion. - There is stepped access to enter.
- There are 4 steps.
- There are handrails on both sides.
- The handrails are at a height of 2ft 9in (84cm).
- The handrails cover all steps.
- The handrails extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.

Getting Around (North Courts)
- Once down the entrance slope, there is level access around the lower level of the tennis pavilion.
Having climbed the stairway, there is then level access around the upper level of the tennis pavilion.
Once down the steps from the lower level of the tennis pavilion, there is then level access around all 4 tennis courts. - Floor surfaces along circulation routes consist of wooden decking and concrete.

Stairway (Upper Level of Tennis Pavilion - North Courts)
- The floors which are accessible by stairway are the lower and upper levels of the Tennis Pavilion viewing platform.
- There are 18 steps between floors.
- There are handrails on both sides.

- The handrails cover all steps.

Access To (South Courts - Upper)
- The Lenz Tennis Center South Courts - Upper are located in the southwestern portion of campus, on the south side of Woodlands Way and adjacent to Yeh College.
They are the first group of 3 courts you reach when you turn off Woodlands Way. - The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- There is step-free level access to enter.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a low color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The gate is easy to open.
- The width of the door opening is 3ft 7in (110cm).
- There is step-free level access to these tennis courts and their associated spectator area.
However, access to all seating in the stands is via steps.
Getting Around (South Courts - Upper)
- There is level access to the bottom of the stands and to the tennis courts.
- There are 2 stands located either side of the access path to the tennis courts.
Seating is reached via between 2 and 9 steps, depending on where you sit.
These steps are clearly marked, with a maximum height of 8in (21cm) and a minimum tread depth of 1ft 11in (60cm).
They have an intermittent handrail in the center, 2ft 10in (87cm) from the stair pitch line.
The handrail is easy to grip. - Wheelchair users may park at the bottom of the stands to which there is step-free access.
However, the view of the courts from here is restricted through a high chain link fence. - Floor surfaces consist of asphalt on the approach path, shingle in front of the stands, metal on the stands themselves and concrete on the tennis courts.

- The Lenz Tennis Center South Courts - Lower are located in the southwestern portion of campus, on the south side of Woodlands Way and adjacent to Yeh College.
They are the second group of 3 courts you reach when you turn off Woodlands Way. - The most accessible route has ramps/slopes.
- There is step-free access via a slope to enter.
- The slope has a gradient of 1:14.
- The width of the ramp is 3ft 11in (120cm).
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a low color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The gate is easy to open.
- The width of the door opening is 3ft 7in (110cm).
- There is step-free access via slopes to access these tennis courts and their associated spectator area.
The slope to the tennis courts is along an asphalt path.
The slope to the stands is over grass.
Access to seating in the stands is step-free (bottom row), or via steps for the other rows. Wheelchair users may park at the bottom of the stands - to which there is step-free access.
However, the view of the courts from here is restricted through a high chain link fence.
