Entrance (From Lewis Library to Engineering Library)

  • This entrance is located to the north of level A of the Lewis Library.
  • This entrance gives access to level L of the Engineering Library.
  • There is step-free level access at the entrance.
  • There are double manual doors at this entrance.
  • The doors are permanently held open.
  • The width of the opening is 5ft 4in (162cm).
  • The doors have a low color contrast.

Reception

  • There is step-free level access to reception.
  • The reception is located on level L, straight ahead as you enter from the main entrance.
  • The height of the reception desk is 3ft 5in (103cm).
  • The lowered section of the desk is at a height of 2ft 8in (81cm).
  • There is no (or very little) background noise.
