Access To
- The C-Store is located on the western side of the 100 Level of Frist Campus Center.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- This is via the Washington Road entrance to the Frist Campus Center.
- There is step-free level access to enter.
- There is written text signage on or near the door.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a high color contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the door opening is 6ft 5in (195cm).
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access available throughout the C-Store.
- The minimum aisle width is 4ft 2in (127cm).
- Floor surfaces of the C-Store are hard and smooth, with some parts having a shiny finish.
Counter (Payment)
- There is step-free level access to the counter.
- The height of the counter is 3ft 10in (118cm).
- The lowered section of the counter is at a height of 2ft 10in (87cm).
- There are windows at the counter.
- There is no (or very little) background noise.
- Lighting levels are bright.
